What do the items conditions mean?

"New in Box" means the item is completely unused and comes with its original packaging. Perfect if you’re planning to gift it!

"Never Used" means the item is brand new, unopened, sealed but does not include the original packaging. The item may be slightly worn due to transit.

What is your return policy?

At re.gift, all items are sold on consignment and are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Each item is carefully inspected and described to the best of our ability. Due to the nature of consignment and secondhand goods, we encourage customers to review item details carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about an item prior to purchase, please contact us—we're happy to help!

For refund requests due to product damage, missing items, misrepresentation, or any other complaints, please reach out to info@tryregift.com. Our team will evaluate your request and may offer a partial or full refund based on our assessment

What is your shipping policy?

Standard Shipping: $6.99 flat rate (3-4 business days) or free on orders over $75 (U.S. only).

Expedited Shipping: Pricing varies based on region and shipping distance. Available options include UPS Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air at checkout.

🚨 We currently do not offer international shipping.

When will my order be processed?

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days.

Orders placed after 5 PM PST, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

If you can't find your tracking details, or your package is delayed or appears lost, contact us at info@tryregift.com.

What if an item is damaged during shipping or is defective?

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact our info@tryregift.com for assistance. We will facilitate a full refund for any items that are damaged or not in working order.

Why are the products so discounted if they’re brand new?

We source products directly from influencers' closets. Since these items come from personal collections rather than traditional retail, we’re able to offer them at significantly reduced prices. Every product goes through a thorough quality check before being listed.
